1yI'm sorry to hear that you've had some frustrations with our leadership. We know that sticking to timelines and clear communication are crucial, and we’re working hard to get better at this. As a small and growing agency, we are always looking to improve. We aim to be transparent and feel we do a good job at that, but we will continue to be curious about how to strike the balance of transparency, radical candor, and maintaining a positive culture.
