      Pros

      They tell stories that change lives. Their PR department is highly systemised and smooth. They're picky about the staff they select and clients they take on. It is a 9 to 5 office culture. Perfect for growth mindset, flexible people.

      Cons

      It is a high performance environment. Non-performers and excuse makers just don't fit in. They're growing so the business has the bumpiness that comes with growth.

      Pros

      The Australian Media landscape is complex. GTM demystifies the myths and illuminates pathways to success. Good Talent Media provides a great service. They understand how the media works and help organisations reach their specific media driven goals. The GTM Workshops, Media Training sessions and Press the Press Events are always exciting. There’s never a dull moment. It’s always a privilege meeting new GTM Clients and hearing their stories.

      Pros

      Very good content in their media training courses. As a videographer I have learned a lot of how to get your message across when doing media coverage, what to say & what not to say, and also how to prepare for those awkward situations. Strongly recommend anyone who is facing the media to look into media training before facing the cameras.

      Cons

      As a freelancer I don't really see much in the way of cons for the companies media training.
