      Many great interactions with other staff while providing care for the residents. The "heart" is there.

      Like most long term care facilities, there are occasional staffing issues.

      The direct care employees were great to work with

      Cons

      Lots of micromanaging and administrator was unreasonable but the facility has since changed owners.
