Pros

Once you have a caseload and get to know your patients and their needs, you are able to create a schedule so there is some flexibility with schedule.

Cons

- orientation on boarding is sub par -not a lot of support from manager -a lot of on call expected- forced on call - constant EMAR changes- ton of meetings your expected to join plus manage your caseload- poor planning for patients that would require care when symptoms unmanageable- management gets upset with staff when a patient goes to the hospital

Pros

A great environment of friendly people interested in the well-being of others in the community, opportunities for creative program development and personal growth, beautiful and meaningful work with patients and colleagues across all programs. Leadership tries their best to ensure all perspectives are heard before making decisions, and the Board of Directors is supportive of the organizational mission, vision and growth. The schedule is flexible with a significant amount of autonomy. In general, there are opportunities for support and additional support can be found when asked for it. Overall, a great organization with a strong, expansive trajectory.

Cons

Simultaneously has the potential to feel too slow-moving and too quick-moving at various times. The organization could benefit from additional middle management support and training for new managers/supervisors.
