Pros
Coworkers are like family, great schedule over time, work is fun, most guests are great, management usually has your back when they train you properly.
Cons
Corporate management thinking was too narrow minded. Offering housekeepers a yearly rate increase of $0.10 after being rated the top of 11 properties with the best cleanliness reviews. Ideas being through out although worked well for the company to increase revenues with proven results week after week.
