- freezing office - pay well below (~30k) market rate - they will lay people off then just pile that work on whoever is left - horrible culture - leaders are inept and complaints fall on deaf ears - only men have been promoted in the last 12 months I have worked there - big fans of title bumps with no additional pay - very little interest in making it a good place to work
