Pros

Great CEO who is very involved, humble and amazing to work with. Innovative product. Wonderful customers,

Cons

You won't make any money working here on the enterprise team. Top reps are not even clearing $500k a year in total comp. Ops will always try and nickel and dime your commissions and make "mistakes" that impact your pay. Extreme lack of diversity. Only white men from Utah are hired ever since the new CRO joined. Huge emphasis on generating your own pipeline, which is fine, however they do not hold SDR, marketing and partner teams accountable even when they are supposed to generate 70% of your pipe per quarter. Not an enterprise team in reality, big focus on vanity metrics that do not equate to closed won deals. Expect prospecting hours and a call from managers if you are not hitting activity metrics (even if you are at or above your number) CRO a nightmare on customer calls...Do not invite.

Gong Response

We appreciate your positive comments about our CEO, innovative product, and amazing customers, but it's disheartening to hear your concerns about compensation, diversity, and work-life balance. Belonging, transparency, and fairness remain central to our culture. We work hard to hire from diverse backgrounds, ensure all employees are treated equitably, and focus on the right metrics that drive outcomes, but also understand the work here is ongoing. We're committed to continuous improvement, and your insights on leadership and the importance of reinforcing our company principles are valuable. Thanks again for sharing your sentiment - Suni Lobo

Pros

Amazing company to work at, it's definitely hard work but it's worth it on a sales and monetary perspective.

Cons

You wear a LOT of hats and have a ton of responsibilities.
