Pros

- Fantastic technology that's ahead of the pack - A true market opportunity - CEO and CTO for whom you would run though a wall - Broader company culture is a pro, to a point

Cons

- New marketing leadership leaves much to be desired. Great on operations, but abysmal communicators. - 'My way or the highway' mentality - Poor diversity in middle management. Bro culture abounds, and sadly infiltrated the marketing department after the leadership change.
