Good company, over hired - Sales Development Representative (SDR) Gong Employee Review

Thanks for leaving feedback. I’m happy to hear you think Gong has good people and a good product (I agree!). Regarding hiring too many sales people, we always try to optimize our resources with the company’s growth and fiscal year goals and plans. Like most companies, Gong wasn’t immune to the economic downturn, and we had to adjust our hiring and resource plans (our CEO wrote about it in February - https://www.gong.io/blog/a-difficult-company-update/).
