Pros
Passionate people and good environment. The people like their jobs, but with lack of interest and accountability from field management it's tough to be motivated to do well.
Cons
All the responsibility with no power or ability to locally influence the business. With no say in buying of merchandise it's tough to be regionally relevant and because of that many sales are lost.
