Pros
Management at my particular store is great and I have no complaints. I'm able to work the days and hours that I want. Discounts from vendors are pretty great.
Cons
Pay is mediocre even with commission, but that should be expected with retail. From September through February, the store is desolate and there isn't a lot to be done.
