We are a fully remote team so I sometimes miss the daily face time you get in an office setting. But we make up for it with monthly in-person meetings and quarterly social events!

The former owner was known for being fair and consistent in her leadership, fostering a balanced and professional environment. The team was generally hardworking and committed, with a strong foundation of institutional knowledge within the organization.

Leadership has become more inconsistent following the ownership change, with shifting priorities and challenges in execution and follow-through on commitments. This has contributed to communication gaps, misalignment, and declining morale within the team. The team environment has become increasingly challenging, with reduced openness in communication and limited comfort in raising concerns. There also appears to be favoritism within leadership, which can make it difficult to ensure consistent accountability and open communication.
