Min wage not great, could be better

Keeps you fit, good product, low pressure evironment, blend of very hard work and periods of boredom, great manager at our depot.

Absolutely appalling minimum hourly rate, no chance of an increase, 9.5 hour days, constant churning over of staff, very low morale, employee code is "minimum wage, minimum effort".....almost impossibe to combat the corrosive negativity no matter how one tries.
