Pros
Good training. 12 weeks total immersion, learning every position and every piece of equipment.
Cons
Scheduled 60 hours a week, labor constraints have management working in hourly positions to cover breaks. NO time to be with one's family- 12 hour days scheduled, plus commuting time. No holidays off at all. Follow your own rules for promotion.
