      Prestaciones, personal y ante todo la responsabilidad social para empleados, comunidades y autoridades. Simplemente la mejor empresa minera en el planeta.

      Cons

      Los sueldos deberían de ser mejores para los más preparados en relación a su nivel de estudios. Evaluar más exhaustivamente a los proveedores de servicios ya que muchos de ellos cobraron caro sin hacer nada.

      Stable and one of the largest of its kind. Great benefits for all its workers This company looks out for your safety 24/7

      Most of their sites are far from civilization The food quality in camps is not as good as other sites

      Good benefits, decent pay, their Canadian mines seem more stable,

      Cons

      They seam to be abandoning their smaller mines along with the people who work at them, which contradicts one of the six pillars (the companies alleged core philosophy) they are selling all their US assets which means people are getting laid off
