      Very understanding and friendly bosses and colleagues.

      Cons

      When I was with the company, there was no path to progression, however, I understand it's different now, and most departments have a mapped out progression path.

      Pros

      There is yearly overseas travel.

      Cons

      Compensation package not aligned with the scope of responsibilities. Yearly overseas travel is given for other business units but for support functions, there is only limited spaces. ie, 2/3 person per trip.
