Pros

Great people to work for. Company was growing much faster than anyone could anticipate. The quality of the people who worked here was far above average.

Cons

The fact that the company grew so fast forced decisions to be made on the fly. The only real con was that everyone knew it would not last because of the market.

Pros

I love my job. Its not for everyone, thats true. However for me, this is the best company I have ever worked for. The pay is great, the people are wonderful and genuine. Im not sure where these people are getting this stuff from but we have plenty of middle aged and even older that work here. I have learned a lot from those people and their business experience. Maybe because I work in the chicagoland area where the company originated, it makes a difference. There are a lot of people still here that have been from day one and they're really happy. during the interview they were forth coming about what the job entails and that things change frequently. The pay is exceptional considering they do not require a degree or any other prior training or experience except customer service. I get flowers at my home for my birthday and Christmas bonuses, that is almost unheard of these days. They also give the employees who work in the stores a chance to earn bonuses every month based on 3 different things, so you have 3 chances each month to earn and extra 50, thats and extra 150 a month. This company is honest and a pleasure to work for. It has been a blessing to me.

Cons

There are not many, but for some people possibly having to drive to different locations may be a challenge. However you are provided ample time to get directions and each store generally has set of instructions so you know where the essentials are.
