Pros

Flexibility to work from home if you report to a supportive manager; otherwise, WFH is sometimes treated as a privilege rather than a standard policy. Good culture initiatives such as team events and office parties, which help employees connect, collaborate, and build relationships across teams.

Cons

High level of internal politics; close relationships are often favoured, which makes employees hesitant to raise genuine concerns. Leadership effectiveness has weakened since 2023, with limited clarity and direction. The India office is given comparatively low importance in decision-making and long-term planning. Growth opportunities are very limited; even with consistent performance and repeated requests, contributions are often not recognised. India teams are largely treated as data or execution support rather than strategic partners. Financial stability appears challenging, with multiple rounds of layoffs conducted over the past year.
