Pros

Was a very nice company years ago with services on demand. Was both beneficial for assignees and for consultants.

Cons

All of these above was before the market change and the company change. Not only did the company remain 10 years behind in its development of services, the attitude towards its remote employees and the payment of financial obligations is considered to be at a very low level. For instance, not only the company sees it’s okay to pay 2 months later after a job was performed/invoice sent, managing level might just in general ignore and skip on a regular business communication without keeping its contractors on a track providing necessary/obligatory information requested. You may simply need to write 5 times to a manager within a weeks with no answer to get any answer to get you on track with the situation with your payment. Why? Bcs the manager is too “busy” with smth outside his direct functions obligation. Yes, that simple! Is it worth to note that on your side as a consultant you would be always in immediate touch under any assignment, if taken? One way story, when they trying to show a glossy outside with a total mess, disrespect and bad management inside. No revision for their fee rates in years. Inflation correction maybe? They never heard about it.

Pros

If you are social and like meeting people from around the works this job for basically no pay this job is great.

Cons

You will not receive payment for at least 3 months after you submit your invoice. Their accounting system is very unorganized and have lost track of your invoice. You will have too keep on top of them in order to get paid. My last two invoices took 8 months and 5 months to receive. I do not think I would have received those payments if I hadn't have threatened legal action. They do not pay for travel which is much of the job.
