Where do I start? Horrible management. We had a boss that ran our Stockton location and he knew what he was doing. He motivated us, worked with us, knew distribution inside and out and did the RIGHT thing and they let him go. Now we have idiots doing the job and it just isn't working. We are working under bad conditions, management doesn't care about us and the benefits are horrible. Getting info about benefits is like pulling teeth. You are promised something when you start and then they change it. We went months and months without knowing basic things like holidays and vacation info. No life insurance.
