      Pros

      Spent a few years at LogMeIn, which became GoTo. There were a lot of changes happening throughout the organization, but I liked the people and the efforts were well intentioned.

      Cons

      Divesting the company - lots of competing priorities. Normal cons associated with a large organization: slow processes, tough communications, etc.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
