However, we disagree with your statement about our product care. Just this month, GoToConnect was named a 2022 Unified Communications Product of the Year award winner by TMC. Our products have been recognized with 2022 Top Rated awards from TrustRadius due to their high customer satisfaction ratings and reviews on the B2B software review platform. Across the board, products like GoTo Connect, GoTo Meeting, GoToWebinar, Rescue, Central and GoTo Assist were some of the highest-rated in their respective categories in the G2’s Summer 2022 report. We’ve expanded features for GoTo Resolve – Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) capabilities – and this month, announced that we acquired Miradore – expanding mobile device management and all-in-one integrated IT experience.
