Pros

Great work life balance. Benefits are mostly good. Some departments that haven't yet been traumatized by layoff waves directly are still somewhat intact, productive and innovative.

Cons

Yearly gigantic layoff rounds (with no transparency, you just discover that whole teams you are working with are suddenly gone), outsourcing to incompetent contractors, offshoring to Hungary and India (and not hiring expensive top talent there either but going for cheap labor). Below industry average compensation (used to be ok in the past but declined due to stock compensation running out after company went private). Lack of innovation and lack of investment. The worst IT policies I've ever seen anywhere. You spend tens of minutes per day going through the same tedious super slow login flow. Lots of usage of Microsoft products like SharePoint and Office. If you like working at a bank the work setup might be for you.

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
