      New building, Half-Yearly bonuses, Access to use GoTo products

      Cons

      It's so big that you feel like just a cog in a machine, lack of organization, a lot of communication problems, lack of knowledge about products and audiences from upper management

      As we continue to grow it can often be challenging, but we do our best to make sure all of our employees feel valued and are able to contribute their perspectives to the future success of our business.       Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
