      Pros

      The suite of products under the LMI brand is second to none. They lead in every aspect of business and invest the same in their products as they do their employees. The people are what make this company a great place to work and you'll find management are always on hand to push deals across the line, help in your career choices and support you as a mentor.

      Cons

      The base salary needs to be adjusted according to market competition, though this is subsidised in their compensation package. Given their ethos in Collab is to allow people to 'work from anywhere' this same principle should be applied to every department in the company. There is clear line between work and life.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
