First, let's get one thing clear, all references to the company are actually about their Chairwoman and Founder who manages the day-to-day, feel free to google her. For a company that claims to support brands that use fair labour practises and donates to human rights causes, the Chairperson really needs a crash course in how to treat her employees in a fair, respectful and humane manner. From the very beginning, her entire work ethic reeks of unprofessionalism, and a superiority complex unlike anything I've ever seen before, and a general shadiness in the way business is conducted. The thing is, I've dealt with difficult bosses before, but none that were grossly incompetent. She's basically trying to become an Asian Gwyneth Paltrow and trying to bring the Goop culture here, complete with its problematic aspects like pseudo science and misinformation. Honestly the only reason I'm spending my time writing this review is because I want to save others from falling pray to the obviously fake positive reviews here like I did.
