Pros
+Mission driven org. where many employees get their drive from contributing to sustainable use of cars. + Great results oriented culture where you get help and everyone gets to be themselves + Fast growing company during my time with many opportunities and that was exciting to work at. + Employees are trusted on all levels and even junior team members get a lot of responsibility if they want it. + Managers get a lot of freedom, at least as long as they deliver the results expected.
Cons
- As many scaleups, lacks resources, structure and process in certain areas which does not suit to all people. Employees are expected to figure a lot of stuff out themselves without much support. This is not a negative thing for those who thrive in this kinds of culture but can be hard for people coming from bigger orgs. or if you expect a lot of attention & support. - Limited personal career growth opportunities within the company as the org. is small and managers have hard time to forecast where the org. is heading to. - The pay is average vs. comparable roles, but best performing employees are offered stock options packages.
