Bad Benefits, Bad Management - Anonymous employee GoGo Quinoa Employee Review

I would not recommend working at GoGo Quinoa. Upper management is very disorganized and the CEO (Martin) is not a good leader. He acts nice to the factory workers but we have terrible benefits and no union, so we are not protected. There was a covid outbreak where many of us got sick and it was not handled good. In the office, they have to go in to work when offices should be closed. We walk on eggshells around him. The workers at GoGo Quinoa need a union, and management needs to support this happening. The company benefits are also very not good and unless you already live in Laval it takes a long time to get to work each day. The turn-over for office and factory workers is very high because of the problems that GoGo Quinoa has with running the business and treating their workers right. Unless you really need a job I would not suggest working here.
