Pros

Snacks are always available. Pizza is given occassionally to resolve work conflict and exhaustion.

Cons

Some of the team leads and management are not to be trusted. They will try to be your friend just to go behind your back and use whatever you tell them against you. For a job that barely pays good, they expect way too much from you and try anything to get you in trouble even for minor mistakes. Work from home is treated like some unobtainable luxury. I cannot stress how frustrating this job is when management is so inconsistent and is always bogging down the helpdesk department. Do you ever wonder why the turnover rate is so extremely high in that department and people transfer out? Ask anyone there. They will know. Avoid helpdesk however you can.

Pros

Pizza parties every other week, chips in the conference room, and quarterly “team” lunches, the corporate cure for any and all issues.

Cons

The building is old and poorly maintained, which makes the work environment feel less modern and comfortable. There is an odd smell in the building. The company expects employees to meet extremely high standards, but compensation doesn’t reflect the workload or expectations. They want you to stay loyal to them and work hard without proper compensation and growth opportunities. Management is also rarely aligned, which leads to constant confusion, conflicting directions, and frustration among staff. Gossip and cliques are common, and leadership does little to discourage or address it. Very toxic work culture overall. You always have to watch your back.
