      Pros

      Even coming in with little to no prior industry experience, I found the team incredibly accommodating and supportive. The training process was clear, easy to follow, and helped me quickly get comfortable with the workflow. The work environment is friendly and collaborative, and my colleagues have been nothing but encouraging and welcoming.

      Cons

      Long Hours, but nothing else other than that.
