Alert youngsters and job seekers...!!! I am one of the employees of this company, I have 2 years of experience in web design and development. I got this job after attempting four to five rounds which are HR Round, Telephonic interview, Task (which they gave to do restaurant web app for PHP, Ajax, Javascript, MySQL), Technical f2f interview with the director and employee verification. The salary was fixed by the director. Moving forward I joined Oct 5th. From day one, The one person who is undertaking a full stack (PHP) process. He has not matured enough to handle the colleagues. And also he has not experienced in that posting. but in attitude, he is showing before everyone like more than 10 years experience. I have worked there 6 days, He didn't give any task, any explanation about DB, Code, he explained me 30 mins of entire business logic and simply send me the code in Gmail. After that 2 hours, he gave some of the critical models without explanation or flow of the code, I have taken the review from the code. After 2 hours later he came asked me the full explanation of the code which includes one by one line of code, The way he treated me are partiality, immaturity and also with his brutal approach. Oftently he asked me the interview questions after i joined the company after completion of interview process which i mentioned above. He also took f2f interviewed me in front of the director. I explained every technical question during an interview as well as written with syntax. During working time, Again and again, he insulting me before every lady staffs, it was mentally arrested me with his behaviour in front of every colleague. Finally, I felt too bad and frustrated with his behaviour. So I decided to quit my job. #Politics #IT #No manners #Partiality #Brutuality.
