Job sucks - Tech Lead Go Processing Employee Review

They treat U like servant only serve them without asking anything

U have to sign agreement they will took ur original documents, when anyone want to leave the job have to serve 2months notice. In the notice period they won't give U salary after that they will give more work pressure. After serving the notice period they will mark allegations that U wasn't completed the projects if U want to leave will deduct urs 2 months of salary. They force U to write good things about the company then U got ur experience letter and rest of the amount after deduction.

Good for freshers only where can they lean but not good for experienced people because it is one person company he don't believe in employee good idea

6 days working 10 hours working/day. They will take more than 10 hours work but if you will be late more than 15 min then they deduct half day salary. No HR policy. Not good environment. So you can't be here for long term. They want to execute own idea only they want to listen own words only.
