Pros
1. Fun people who work hard 2. There's potential here with the niche that they work in and the problems that they are solving for.
Cons
Feedback isn't taken seriously. There were countless times when I expressed that a majority of the projects I was on was towards the end of the billing cycle, and that there weren't enough hours to go on for everyone. The compensation is probably in the bottom 10% for folks in RevOps. They don't believe in giving equity or people a chance at sharing in the company's success. It's impossible to take PTO and PTO is looked down-upon especially if you want to plan a longer trip. The problems that GN solves across companies are very similar, if there was a process to look back at deliverables for other clients, we could save a lot of time. A lot of the management here has only been managers here and as a result there's a lot of people who will toot their own horn. There's a couple good cookies at the top, but their voice is tuned out by the louder ones. I believe in the mission here, but I do think that the way they go about it isn't the best. You are encouraged to bill wildly and try to exert money out of the companies we work with. When you do and the company asks questions, the management will leave the employee out to dry.
