Pros
- They give everyone a chance, even if you don't have a lot of experience. - Multi-cultural and friendly environment. - Very accessible CEO. - Requires no Japanese skills.
Cons
- Some people are assigned important tasks without having any knowledge or background in it, and that harms everyone else's work. - The company is 10 years old, but still gets some basic things wrong. - Has a few bad apples who are there only because they can't get any other job.
