Hi there, thanks for sharing your honest feedback. We're really pleased that you have a great list of 'pros', but we're sad and concerned to hear about your experience under 'Cons'. People experience is so important to us, both within our teams and the partners we work with. We have taken everything you've said on board and you will have seen that we have now implemented a new channel that can be used directly by colleagues and attractions to voice concerns they have whilst maintaining their anonymity. We would love to chat to you in more detail and encourage you to reach out to us via that platform. You will also have seen that the last 7 months in particular has seen a radical shake up of our benefits across the globe which we now believe is competitive and forward thinking. These span ways of working, healthcare, additional leave time, learning budgets, mental health first aid support and a host of others. This was from feedback we heard in our pulse survey. However, we are always open to hearing what more people think we should be thinking about so let us know if there is something in particular you are looking for.

Hi there - thank you for taking the time to pop up some feedback. Great stuff to hear that you enjoyed the flexible nature of working and the people. On the cons, we note that you say that we have no goals and strategy etc. This year we've taken the steps to ensure that our Company OKRs were shared earlier this year at our all Company conference. We also track our progress against these goals and share that with the whole business on a regular basis. Each of those were translated in to team OKRs that were more granular. As you aren't here anymore you won't be experiencing that shift but we took the feedback on board to create clearer goals and articulate the company strategy. We are always trying to iterate how we communicate to our teams, including the frequency and the content and that will continue. We acknowledge that career growth is important to people and also encourage teammates to take some ownership of their development. We are sorry that did not translate for you in your time here.
