- it is not a company even a startup it is just family business. - worst management you will ever see. - low salaries , Salary delay : you don't know when the time you will get your salary . - Ambiguity and lack of transparency in vision. - Excess work and randomness at work. - Lack of gratitude, honor, and motivation. - Thinking about material profit before employees. - continuously you Work under Pressure. - They treat everybody as they bought them by their cents, There's a lot of side back talking about everybody, when they don't need you anymore they will send you a message before the work day telling you they are sorry but they don't need you anymore (not happened to me, But happened to more than an employee), who controls the company is not professional as a manager or as a business man he's pretending to be one. - False promises< And no future for their workers because they don't exist on the market and using an old technologies. - is shame on software ) , every day come with new idea dropped the one developed the day before , they deal with developers as government employees.I may have to talk about cons days and days , don't ever think to deal this this company. - finally , Everything is too bad from the environment to the work demands and management
