I have enjoyed working at Glotech for more than a decade. They have a variety of contracts across several diverse fields. The work is challenging and being a small business means employees are sometimes asked to wear multiple hats, but you're surrounded by smart people who're genuinely committed to the company’s goals. Positive aspects of the company are: • Team-oriented environment and efficient collaboration. • Managers relate with the employees in an effective manner and help growth. • Diversity of race and gender in senior staff. • Good pay, good benefits, and friendly coworkers. Overall, I would recommend Glotech as an employer.

Glotech routinely reviews its people and processes. When a problem is found, efforts are made to fix the problem.
