      Pros

      Nice people outside of your team and very friendly, but managers micro manage every project. It is better then not working if you do not have a job.

      Cons

      They pay below national average and the benefit are not that great. The person responsible for helping me never answered questions and passworded all her work so I could not learn what she was working on.
