Pros
There are a FEW (Keyword:Few) Sups that actually care, if your lucky enough to be put on there team. You're gonna need to roll one before you come in. I've worked here before in a different department, the pro? Ha, that's the thing its a pro because its pondering my mind on why i came back. Hey Just keeping it real
Cons
Working for this "Prestigious" sketchy company includes but not limited to: inner supervisor circles, employees are literally stranded when it comes to asking for help. upper management either always has an attitude or just straight doesn't want to help and avoids their roles as sups, so they are quick to divert you to someone else because "they're busy". Their insurance plans (health) is a trap, even as an individual thats almost 200 dollars off my check thats coming out bi weekly. I understand its customer service but this? No! the customer base there is no way around either getting frustrated because someone doesn't want to listen to what needs to be done to help, getting cussed out and having racial comments thrown at you literally all day and you gotta sit there and take it? Not worth the money for the stress and non sense you have to deal with on the daily. I've been here 6 months A new work schedule had been offered to all the reps and yet when you sign up and you've got some time on your back good luck trying to get on that, they'll put a new hire straight out of training over you because of favoritism, now not saying that there sups that are biased but that comes as a factor too.
