management (they are definitely not leaders or engage in leadership at all)
the workload is overwhelming
no sense of compassion for employees
lack of direction from direct management (executive management does okay with communication, but direct management is sorely lacking)
My time with Globe was a mix of good, bad and uglier as time went on. My direct management utterly failed me, and is the primary reason for me leaving. I have no doubt that they will continue in the same way as no one hold anyone accountable. And going to HR is a complete and utter joke, no one listens, instead they huff and puff a lot of nonsense and allow the same underhand, manipulative behaviors to fester.
Borderline racists actions in terms of promotion, pay increases, and workload expectations are common place, at least in my department. And forget feeling like you have someone who will listen or even care.
Direct management is extremely unprofessional, and as I stated borderline racist in their actions and then it is supported by HR. No pushback, no questions, no investigations, no nothing.
This company is chock-full of management, but truly: not enough leaders willing to stand up for what is right.
