Disappointed - Customer Service Representative Globe Life Employee Review

Pros

You can work from home.

Cons

Once hired, HR becomes an 800#, very impersonal, nobody wants to answer questions, it's impossible to obtain an email or phone number to speak to a designated person. There is no flexibility whatsoever. Managers are on you like a warden. The training is ridiculously intense and rushed. I began getting migraines. You will never be able to take a complete 15 minute break nor a 30 minute lunch because of all the apps you have to change your status in and if you are late to punch in for any reason, you will be called out. You will be docked. You cannot apply for a different role until you've been in your role for over a year, you have to stay in the same dept.

Pros

I don't really see any pros after reading reviews.

Cons

Poor, indirect communication. First contact was a recording. The second contact was another recording. They requested that I dress professionally for a zoom call, which I did consider. However, after researching the company, I am convinced that this is not a supportive environment.
