Cons
1.You will have zero visibility in the organization when you work in client location. 2. Policies are not at all useful 1. Leave Encashment Policy : If you are on notice period and you still have leave balance you can't take leaves as well you cannot encash those leaves on F&F 2. Travel & Client location allowance: if they hired for direct client they won't give you client location allowances even if the project over and went for another client. Also you need to bear all the travel expenses on your own. They won't provide any company transport. 3. Appraisal : NO much hikes for employees who hired for direct clients because they will offer a decent package at initially and they compensate later in appraisal. 4. Bonus: Never Mind. It won't be morethan 25k and its adjustable with in one year if you leave. 5. NO much care from company if you work at client locations. 6. If you opt the allowances under ctc and you need to submit proofs for the specific month and if you submitted for whole year by any chance that will not be considered and it needs lot of followups to get it done. 7.
