It only has Cons. 1. Overtime work is serious, they will make you work overtime and sometimes on Saturday and Sunday as well. 2. ‎They will fraud you on your compensation after you join. 3. ‎They don't believe on their employees and you will get demoralize because of fully negative environment. 4. ‎Any time they will come to you with any idea and tell you to make the product in 4 days or a week. 5. ‎They lie to their employees on face and they think everyone is a fool and they are the smartest. 6. ‎Marathi politics is true, even I'm myself maharashtrian I've seen politics here which is bad and childish. 7. ‎They won't give you leave even if you are ill and not even for paid leave. 8. ‎They are never ready to adopt new technologies. 9. ‎Worst management and no proper planning.

Every month we have all hands meet, which helps all team members to get to know how the company is performing, which I quite like it. If needed any help i am getting every support to do task. Team members of all departments, we don't actually call other departments it's like a big team.
