      Amazing to see this company still holds some high quality engineers

      Cons

      > To those who complain about IBMers joining GF, I don't expect anything fancy from them but you are not any better than them, so stop complaining, shut up and do your job. > At least 20% engineers (up to MTS) are worthless > 30% SMTS are worthless > 70% PMTS are worthless > 100% DMTS are worthless > 80% managers are worthless > 100% senior managers, deputy directors and directors are worthless > 100% HR are worthless > No idea what VP and above are doing

      Pros

      Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

      Cons

      There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.
