Pros

If I am a customer, I will be very glad to work with this company. Delighting customer Always. Customer is KING even if their demands are unreasonable. Willingly to secure business even at the expense of potentially making loss.

Cons

Some departments are working in the interest of the customer even though they are the company payroll. Weak technical, engineering and management team. Marketing is the utmost important focus even though the company core business is in manufacturing and engineering. Wanting to wear a shoe too big to fill in. It is running on a Toyota engine but wanting to run at a ferrari speed. Frequent power trip. Too frequent changes in top management team. Frequent delay in giving bonus, promotion and increment causing low morale among the workers.

Pros

Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

Cons

There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.

Pros

Great team in Burlington. Diverse technology portfolio provides endless opportunity to learn.

Cons

Non-revenue support groups have small budgets and are seen as cost-burdens. Raises and promotions are behind the industry.
