Pros
Relatively good salary, live in Dresden is not very expensive. Managers in general a rather kind to people. Gives you good experience that is valued by other potential employers.
Cons
Work style is chaotic. You spend several month hard working on the project, but then it turns out that it's not needed anymore because another approach will be used. One week you are told to spend all you time to the priority number one task, next week you are told to abandon this task alltogether. And then half a year later this task pops up again with the highest priority.
