Pros

The wage seems to be decent. The benefits seem to be pretty good as well. Working with some great people but it pretty much stops there.

Cons

Been here for almost 4 years, have been working above the level that I am currently at, have been passed over for promotion twice. Have been forced to change shifts twice in the time I've been here due to business needs and because they needed someone experienced to move over, yet being passed over for said promotions. Big disconnect between engineering and technicians. Engineers responsible for the tools barely know how the tool works and have no practical experience with them, but believe that is to no fault of theirs and due to a lack of training.

Pros

Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

Cons

There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.

Pros

Great team in Burlington. Diverse technology portfolio provides endless opportunity to learn.

Cons

Non-revenue support groups have small budgets and are seen as cost-burdens. Raises and promotions are behind the industry.
