Pros

I had great coworkers, the building is new, cafe onsite open till 2 am, onsite gym, good benefits and the schedule wasn't too bad after you get used to it.

Cons

Upper management is blind to what goes on especially if you work a night shift. If you don't have a degree then it is going to be really hard to move up with them, they make it impossible. If you are an individual that needs to be challenged by management this job is not for you, only a few people get handpicked to succeed by management leaving the rest to figure it out by themselves. The review process is a joke!! They say it is individually based but they give everyone the same review.

Pros

Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

Cons

There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.

Pros

Great team in Burlington. Diverse technology portfolio provides endless opportunity to learn.

Cons

Non-revenue support groups have small budgets and are seen as cost-burdens. Raises and promotions are behind the industry.
