      Pros

      I worked there in CPG department for almost 1.5 years. 1) Young and energetic crowd in the office who belong to the age group of 23-35 2) Good work life balance and fun activities @office every month. 3) Friendly work culture and supportive environment

      Cons

      1) There are some boot licking managers and you will find favouritism and politics in CPG departments. 2) Monotonous work and less scope for growth. Don’t expect a good hike or a promotion faster. It may take years.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
