      Pros

      Great place to rapidly gain experience across market and commercial and competitive intelligence Opportunities to partake in consulting projects Exposure to top FTSE and Fortune 500 companies in terms of how they are developing products, what are their go-to-market strategies and overall ability to develop yourself as a market expert.

      Cons

      Poor ability to progress within the company - very difficult to gain promotion. Not a good place to stay for the long-term Poor company benefits package - low salaries that are not competitive. Company really does not focus on its people and demands more of employees and does not make them feel valued.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Pros

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
